  This video was for a group with extra learning needs

                    We had a little fun with the students  when making this video. The challenge was for them all to make scones which formed part of the culinary test. 
  
                    &#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    
                    
  The students all came from a speech and language specialist school. I would record the videos and upload to YouTube. The students would then be able to watch the video over and over. The teachers would use the videos in classes with the students throughout the week, reinforcing the lessons and skills. When it came to the practical lessons each student did very well.

                    Choux Pastry is a classic pastry skill that all chefs worth their salt should be able to do well. This video was created for students with a live audience of around 30 and filmed by one of the students.
