The challenge was for them all to make scones which formed part of the culinary test. <br/> The students all came from a speech and language specialist school. I would record the videos and upload to YouTube. The students would then be able to watch the video over and over. The teachers would use the videos in classes with the students throughout the week, reinforcing the lessons and skills.
