Chef Danny Davies is an award-winning British chef, educator, author and media personality with more than 25 years of culinary experience across luxury hospitality, fine dining and the international superyacht industry. His career began in the British Army, where he served for ten years and completed five operational tours. His military service culminated in a prestigious position with the Household Cavalry, cooking for members of the Royal Family, including Princes William and Harry.
From Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star establishments to some of the world’s most exclusive superyachts, Chef Danny has built his reputation on creativity, discipline, integrity and exceptional standards. A passionate educator and mentor, he also spent seven years as an Executive Chef Lecturer, helping to train and inspire the next generation of culinary professionals.
Today, Chef Danny is a respected figure within the global superyacht community, hosting and judging international chef competitions, mentoring yacht chefs and championing the future of the profession. Through The Future Chef Project, his YouTube series Behind the Line with Chef Danny Davies, and his work with the Yacht Chefs Association (YCA), he shares the people, stories and skills shaping the culinary world—both on land and at sea.
