About

Hello there,

I have been a yacht chef for over 5 years on charter and private yachts. Before that I was a consultant chef, for hotels & wedding venues. I have a teaching degree in Culinary Arts and have over 25 years experience on land and sea. In 2019 I won best yacht chef in show at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2019.

I have worked in some amazing places all over the World. I’m very organized, clean and calm. I'm very good at creating fantastic food and managing a galley from crew food to guest food. I know how to provision and budget. I pride myself in food presentation, pastry, and hygiene.

I trained in Michelin starred and Rosette restaurants with their Head Chefs and staff to capture the most current food trends, then taught these techniques to students at London's Career College of Food, Enterprise & Hospitality. Chef lecturer for 7 years.

I served for a little under 10 years in the British Armed Forces in the Royal Logistics Corps as a Chef Class one. I finished my final year as Royal Chef to Prince Harry & William. I have a very high level of training in emergency situations, close protection, medical aid, fire fighting and a skilled scuba diver.

I hold current STCW, ENG1, food hygiene level 3 and professional cookery level 3, UK Passport and B1/2 US Visa. I have a BVIS discharge book.

I'm a hard working, stress-free chef, who is happy to help out on deck. I’m happy to accommodate for special requests and dietary needs for crew and guests alike. I enjoy keeping fit, running, fishing, scuba diving and of course, cooking!
