Chef Danny a is dynamic customer focused hospitality professional, who is driven by exceeding all that is expected of him. He rises to every challenge delivering excellent culinary standards and managing financial resources to get results. Chef Danny helps restaurants, cafes and hotels increase sales, improve service and drive up the standard of food offered. 

Chef Danny has gained a great deal of diverse experiences in all areas of the hospitality business during his diverse career, including Rosette and Michelin starred experience in restaurants and catering facilities around the World, It is his excellent communication skills and passion for success that have provided a platform to develop and teach the chefs of tomorrow.

He believes a successful business needs good people, working hard every day. Chef Danny is always working towards these goals with The Future Chef Project, from menu & kitchen design through to recruitment, marketing and launch party, the project offers the whole package.

Below is a selection of places and projects that Chef Danny has completed to date.
  • Video Blogs-Flipped Learning


    Chef Danny worked as a full time hospitality and catering Lecturer. He was the course leader for level 3 patisserie & confectionery, course tutor for professional cookery VRQ level 1&2. He also developed a molecular cookery course and was part of the best teaching team 2014-15. 

    Chef Danny's vision is to inspire and produce hospitality professional & chefs that are creative and innovate. It was as Chef Lecturer that he created the Future Chef Project, in the beginning the project connected industry Chefs with students studying on the courses he taught. This allowed him to work alongside and learn so much from London & Kent's finest restaurants and Hotels.

    The project grew and Chef Danny was recruited to be part of the small team that set up London's first career college of Hospitality, Food & Enterprise. He did everything from social media to writing the curriculum. He was awarded Lecturer of the year and was a guest speaker at London's Youth Employment Convention 2015. 

    These blogs are a selection of the video recorded by students. This was the base for his Flipped Learning program. This allowed students to access the cookery demos on their phones or at home. To find out more look at the schools program.

    Chef training

    Choux Pastry is a classic pastry skill that all chefs worth their salt should be able to do well. This video was created for students with a live audience of around 30 and filmed by one of the students.
