School Programe

The Future Chef Project has been developed to help schools deliver elements of Food Technology, promote healthy eating. It is so important for all children to learn about balanced diets and healthy choices. Chef Danny helps children explore the fun of cooking and being able to produce healthy food that is good to eat.

Primary Schools

Food is fun and can be healthy. A Short, 30 minute hands-on demonstrations for each class focusing on fruit & vegetables. Includes simple food preparation with the children, such as making a salad or fruit kebab. Recipe cards will be given to each child. The lesson will cover maths, literacy, science and design technology. 

Secondary Schools

Cooking techniques. 45 minute hands-on demonstrations for each class focusing on cooking techniques, healthy eating and methods. Includes more advanced food preparation with the students, such as creating breads or cakes. The lesson will cover maths, literacy, science and design technology

Higher Education 

A bespoke molecular cookery or science enabled cookery demo and hands on experiments. Including dry ice, ice cream, Isomalt sugar and spherification. 1 hour.  

Competition Mentoring 

From concept to competition, one to one mentoring. Chef Danny has mentored chefs for many competitions including National chef of the year, Student chef of the year, Hot chef of the year and Street food chef.
